Winners Circle Game Terms and Conditions

General Terms
1.1. Winnerscircle.lv (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") hosts skill-based games online via the website www.winnerscircle.lv and associated applications (hereinafter "Games").
1.2. These Terms, together with the Distance Agreement and Privacy Policy ("Terms"), regulate the Participant's use of the Website, purchase of digital content, and participation in the Games.

Qualified Persons
2.1. Only persons aged at least 18 years can participate in the Games.
2.2. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and persons associated with developing and administering the Games may not participate in the Games.

Legal Obligations
3.1. By participating in the Game, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
3.2. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia according to Latvian law.

Account Registration, Participation, and Payments
4.1. To participate in the Games, Participants must register a winnerscircle.lv account using an email address or social network account.
4.2. Each Participant may have only one account.
4.3. Digital content is purchased online by adding options to the virtual shopping cart and making payment via a payment card or bank transfer.

Distance Agreement
5.1. The distance agreement is concluded when the Participant selects digital content on the Website, confirms the order, and checks "I agree to the terms of use".

Delivery of Digital Content
6.1. Digital content is delivered online immediately after payment confirmation and activation of participation options.

Right of Withdrawal
7.1. Delivery of digital content starts immediately after payment; thus, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this content after delivery.

Game Description "Hit the Target"
8.1. The Participant selects a point on the screen (x, y coordinates).
8.2. The winner is determined by an independent panel of judges who set the Judge’s Position.

Determining the Winner
9.1. The winner is the Participant who selected the point closest to the Judge’s Position.
9.2. In the event of identical results, an additional task will be organized.

Receipt and Delivery of Prizes
10.1. The winner must provide a copy of an identity document.
10.2. The winner may be invited to participate in marketing activities without additional compensation.
10.3. The Organizer stores prizes free of charge for up to 30 days.

Types of Games and Prizes
11.1. Free and paid games are regularly organized. In the main game, the winner receives a clearly indicated prize or 50% of the revenue if the game is not sold out.

Limitations of Organizer's Liability
12.1. The Organizer does not assume responsibility for the quality of prizes, technical errors, or actions by third-party service providers.

Personal Data and Privacy
13.1. Participant data is used in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

Dispute Resolution
14.1. Disputes will initially be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Participant may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.

Final Provisions
15.1. If any clause becomes invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
15.2. The Terms enter into force when the Participant registers an account or makes an order.
